Cottonwood is a non-profit agency that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to provide a variety of community based supports and services to these individuals, empowering them to live as independently and productively as possible while promoting individual choice, dignity, and quality of life. Seniors Resource Center, a nonprofit organization, works in partnership with older adults and persons with disabilities in communities in metro Denver and mountainous areas to the west, providing centralized and coordinated service, information, education and leadership. Our board of directors, staff and volunteers are celebrating 30 years of providing community-based care to Colorado residents through Adult Day & Respite Services, In-Home Care, Transportation, Case Management, referrals to community partners, and Job Training.
Each year 12,000 individuals obtain direct servies from the organization. Seniors Resource Center provides services in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Gilpin, Jefferson and Park counties.

SHALOM Denver, a division of Jewish Family Service of Colorado has provided vocational traning and job placement services for over 50 years. Starpoint provides essential services to two vulnerable populations: kids, prenatal through five years of age, and their families, and adults with cognitive and physical challenges. We have been providing services and supports to individuals, families, and communities in Fremont, Chaffee, and Custer Counties since 1977. We began providing adult services in Front Range communities in 2001.
