Associate Executive Director - Bio
Beverly has worked for DDRC since 1982 in positions of Residential Counselor, Home and Community Based Services Waiver Coordinator, Case Manager, Director of Resource Coordination, Assistant Executive Director and now Associate Executive Director. Beverly developed the first DDRC Family Support Council and Community Supported Living Arrangements Council and has served on numerous councils and boards including being a CORE Services Commissioner and Adult Protection Advisory committee member for Jefferson County Social Services, serving on the Jefferson County Interagency Council for Infants and Toddlers, and chairing a Jefferson County non-profit collaboration task force.
Beverly currently serves on the Caregiver Abuse Legislative Task Force and the HCPF Mental Health Advisory Board. She was the chair of a statewide task force on Case Management and helped develop the Division for Developmental Disabilities Investigation Manual. She has been a recipient of the MACK award from the Jefferson County ARC. Prior to DDRC she was the Administrator of a residential care facility and a Clinical Services Social Worker for a Mental Health Clinic. She has a Master’s of Social Work degree with a concentration in Social Planning and Administration from the University of Denver.
