2010 Golf Tournament Golfer Sign-up

To sign-up to play in the tournament, choose the appropriate option below.

Individual Golfer Sign-up

Join us for a day of golf.

Schedule:

6:00 am: Registration, Practice, Breakfast Buffet

7:30 am: Shotgun Start

12:45 pm: Lunch, Awards, Live and Silent Auction


$175 entry fee includes: ($185 after June 1st)
  • Green fees for 18-hole tournament

Foursome Sign-up

Sign up to play with your friends and save $40 off the Individual price. If you'd like to allow each party in the foursome to make their own separate payment, one person in the party will need to fill out (and mail in) the entry form and include all of the checks for that foursome. We will only accept credit card payments for the complete foursome entry fee. Your entry fee includes a $260 tax deductible donation to the Bridge Fund

Foursome price is $660 before June 1st ($700 after June 1st).
