Nurse Coordinator (LPN)
Salary:
$18.75 Per Hour
This is a full time 36 hours per week position
This position is in the residential services department (Quality Living Options) Candidate must have the ability to coordinate the assessment and clinical monitoring of the health and physical welfare of all consumers on caseload by organizing and implementing all aspects of nursing care.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school for nursing with a current Colorado License to practice as an LPN. Two years experience as an LPN and one year working in with Developmental Disabilities preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, sound nursing judgment, documentation and charting skills and basic computer skills, are a must. Must be able to obtain First Aid and CPR certification. Must have the ability to stand, pivot and transfer up to 60 lbs. when transferring consumers to and from wheelchairs, the ability to bend at the hips and knees in order to transfer consumers to and from wheelchair, the ability to lift/push/pull/carry 10 to 20 lbs. frequently and the ability to reach to shoulder level and above. Must have the ability to use computer for periods up to 2 hours per day. Must have and maintain good driving record and provide current driving history at time of application.
